SHIPPING

We ship orders according to the following policy:

• Free shipping on orders over $249! (USA only, we do not ship internationally at this time)

• If you can order an item, it is here in person and we can ship it right away (excluding Custom Frame Bags; also, orders containing a mix of in-stock and custom items ship together once the custom gear is completed).

• We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. All orders placed by 3pm MST Monday and Thursday ship that day (except orders including Custom Frame Bags; orders containing a mix of in-stock and custom items ship together once the custom gear is completed). We don’t ship on federal holidays; rarely, we may have a brief shipping hold, in which case there will be a banner on the website stating so!

• We ship everything via USPS Priority Mail. For most domestic locations, delivery takes 2-4 business days. Due to our rural location, “Express” shipping isn’t generally much faster than Priority, and costs a whole bunch more… so we only offer Priority service.

• We cannot be responsible for packages that are stolen once delivered. The USPS cannot be responsible in such cases either, and shipping insurance does not cover stolen packages. Please make sure you are sending your package to a secure location!
