RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We accept returns and cancellations according to the following terms:

RETURNS:

  • All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers handling time and our original credit card fees.

  • Sale, Discontinued, Factory Second, Limited Edition, and Custom (Custom Frame Bags and custom-color pieces, for example) items are non-returnable.

  • All returned items must be brand-new, never used, include tags, and absolutely squeaky clean (so make sure your bike is clean before trying gear on)

  • All returns must be requested within 30 days of order date, and received at Bedrock HQ within 10 days of RA# being sent

  • All returns must be pre-authorized - simply send us an email at info@bedrockbags.com telling us what piece you'd like to return and the reason, and we'll get an RA# back to you

  • You are responsible for shipping costs both ways. If you received free shipping on the original order and then return items that bring your net order below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

  • Please choose your Bedrock gear carefully - read all the specifications, install instructions, etc. - so that you have the best chance of receiving gear that will work for your purposes!

CANCELLATIONS:

  • All cancelled orders will have 5% deducted from the refund. Our payment processor does not refund us the fees on your original order. Orders for custom gear (Custom Frame Bags and custom-color pieces, for example) cannot be cancelled once we have begun to build your order.
